Quantum Light Limited Warranty
HyperGizmo, Inc. products purchased in the U.S. come with a 90-day limited warranty and specific return policy.
What is covered? This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your HyperGizmo, Inc. products. After the Warranty Period, you must pay for all parts and labor charges.
For a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment to customer, if this Product is determined to be defective, HyperGizmo, Inc. will repair or replace the Product, at its option, at no charge. If the product is replaced, new or rebuilt replacements, at HyperGizmo’s option, will be provided in exchange for defective parts for a period of ninety (90) days.
What is not covered? This limited warranty is invalid and does not cover bulleted items listed below: • Problems that result from: - External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power - Servicing not authorized by HyperGizmo, Inc. - Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions - Negligence - Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance - Problems caused by using accessories not supplied by HyperGizmo, Inc. - Acts of God - Modification of, or to any part of the Product
• Products with missing or altered serial numbers • Products with broken tamper-evident labels, indicating that the case has been opened • Products with cosmetic damage or that have been submerged in liquid • Products for which HyperGizmo, Inc. has not received payment
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). HYPERGIZMO’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT HYPERGIZMO’S DISCRETION, AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. HYPERGIZMO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.
ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD OF 90 DAYS. NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, OR FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. OUR LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH WE ARE RESPONSIBLE.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
How long does the limited warranty last?
This limited warranty lasts for 90 days. The limited warranty on all HyperGizmo, Inc. products begins on the date of the packing slip or invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts. HyperGizmo, Inc. may change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
What if I need warranty service?
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the Warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. You must obtain an RMA number (return materials authorization) before returning your HyperGizmo, Inc. product. Before the warranty expires, please e-mail us or write to the address listed below. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the address listed below.

Please include your serial number and description of the problem. You will be given an RMA number, if appropriate. Upon receiving the RMA number, please pack well and ship the product to the above address with the RMA number clearly visible. Products received without an RMA number will be returned to you C.O.D. without any repairs being made.
