I was skeptical at first about whether this levitating planet Earth globe lamp would work to expectations but turns out my concerns were unfounded.It works well and casts just the right amount of light to be suitable for a night light as I had hoped. I’m enchanted with the levitation feature. Although I purchased it as a night light, it’s bigger role turns out to be that of a conversation piece.Good buy, definitely a very special night light. I used it every night. The floating and spinning are amazing to look at. My granddaughters love it and me too.Overall It is a wonderful adornment. It provides a lot of tranquility when it comes to appreciating the movement of the globe. It makes you feel like you are in space. Great accent piece, very nice lookingLooking for ways to decorate my office, I stumbled across this beautiful piece.. it is just as compact as I expected it to be, about the size of a tennis ball, really cool looking, I have gotten many compliments on it. It does have to stay plugged in at all times to work, and the piece that holds the globe in the air lights up and looks beautiful, especially at night. The concept is simple but super cool when looking at it. This would be an awesome gift, even in the plain brown box it comes in..Very happy with this purchase!
