TIPS:
- When you begin, be sure to keep it away from any metal.
- Put the product on the smooth desk, allowing it to lean at a 30° angle. For first-time users, take it easy.
- After plugging it in, you can use the touch point control base and globe light. We recommend watching the operating video first.
- Hold the globe in both hands and move it towards the center of the base, leaving a gap of around 2cm (0.8in). You will then feel the magnetic force of the globe and find the ‘sweet spot.’
- If you’re sure the sweet spot is in place, hold the globe there for 10 seconds without moving. The sweet spot should engage automatically, and the globe will float as desired.
If this is your first time using it, don’t worry if you can’t get it to work immediately. Taking a break every two minutes will help prevent the base from overheating.

Wait…Don’t Send It Back Just Yet! Read This!!The media could not be loaded.
Ok so before I give you the dish, you know what I realized…NO ONE did a video of actually setting this globe up to float. So I did you a favor and made a video. It’s hard telling someone how to do something without showing them. Now to the review. Just like you I was reading the reviews frustrated, thinking did I miss something? ? This stupid thing won’t float! I read the instructions maybe 5 times. “Practice makes percect they said!” Practice Deez Nutz i thought to myself!! I just couldn’t get it. Even more frustrating were reviews talking about how they got it to float in like 5 seconds and couldn’t understand what all the fuss was about. ? With a last attempt to salvage this purchase I read one more comment. Believe it or not it was a frustrated customer who said “its difficult to get it to float, you have to get it on the sweet spot” Boom! Those key words “sweet spot” was the ingredient. If you’re reading this don’t do like I did just trying to strategically center this globe down the middle because you feel a strong magnetic pull, expecting it to just float. You legit have to find that “sweet spot” it’s probably the size of a dime but once you feel it trust me the globe would just sit there, in mid air! Here’s the best part, once you’ve done it once you’ll be a pro. Apply the same method and you’ll be balancing this globe everytime under 35 seconds. Watch my video and count how long it took me. Best part about this model is unlike the others it self balances itself from your shaky hands during set up and transitions into a nice smooth rotation.Only draw-back is I hate the super bright glowing red light in the back. To fix this use black scotch tape and it’ll completely block out the light! Now is it worth $85? Ehhh, I do think it’s a bit over priced. $60 would be more ideal.

Great conversation starterI read some reviews about how difficult it was to get this set up. However it only took about 15 seconds to get it spinning. Great conversation piece

Love it! Exactly what I imagine! The media could not be loaded.
Love it! Just what I imagined! The only thing is that it take some adjusting to get it to float. But I’ve figured it out. The trick is to have to have the light turned on, makes it a million times easier to center it to stay afloat. In addition, tons of compliments and visits to my office to view it as well.

This is a great decoration that is always cool to look at.What a great idea. This is really cool decoration which you could put anywhere. It is not cheaply made. It even has an on/off switch for light even though there are no wires running to globe. However it does take lots of practice to set into place. I would suggest to try and place it from bottom up. In other words slide it barely above book until you feel it holding its own. It will take a few tries but you can have fun with friends having them try to get it right. When I tried to hold it and place it down onto book magnet I didn’t have much success. As the instructions will tell you, the more you practice the better you get.

Great globe with a fun and distinct base. The media could not be loaded.
Really very chic and fun to watch. The instructions given say to go from the top and slowly go down, but I highly suggest placing it on the base and then dragging it over until you can feel the repulsive force and the light goes on. After that, very slowly raise the globe until you can feel that it kind of magnetically locks and quickly pull your hands away. You’ll feel it. My roommate was dumbfounded.
